
Trisha Shershberger is a native of the U.S. and is a popular TV or online personality. Her work on SourceFed, the YouTube channel SourceFed is among her most popular. Hershberger was raised and born in Schwenksville, Pennsylvania. She attended Gwynedd Mercy Academy, where she was a Archdiocesan Scholar. DeSales University awarded her full scholarships to complete her bachelor of arts degree in theatre and theology with a minor. Hershberger worked in theatre as well as on television and film as host and modelled while growing up. Hershberger's career in entertainment began when she was age five, and she began participating in regional and community theatre. After college, Hershberger did some commercial job and worked as an intern for the Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival. Hershberger made the move from Pennsylvania to Los Angeles in California in 2005 after graduating from college. This time around, Hershberger entered the internet scene, and was featured on numerous YouTube channels, including IGN, Fandom, Smosh, Rhett and Link, TheFineBros, Nerdist, and other. Her internet break came in March 2012 when she joined as a full-time host for SourceFed. It is a YouTube Original channel is owned by DeFranco Creative and Business Inc. In February 2013, Hershberger, along with her fellow co-hosts of SourceFed was awarded an award for Series of the Year (An Choice Award from the Audience Choice Award) during the 3rd Annual Streamy Awards and won Best News and Culture Series the following year in the fourth Annual Streamy Awards.
